I ordered the brightening eye cream spf30 on September 3. The money left my account on September 4. No order has been received. I have sent several emails asking about delivery but no explanation has been given. I received a WhatsApp message on September 3. from UPS saying they would deliver. UPS have since told me that they did not received the package yet. RMS send silly emails asking me to rate the product as well as rating customer service. Their customer service is not fit for purpose. I am now going to ask my bank to recover this sum. My advice is do not use this company it is a sham. WARNING I have just learned from my bank that a subscription had been set up by RMS without my knowledge. This is very odd indeed.

Love so many of RMS products! Can you make a date night in its own case! This color is fabulous!

If I could give this a half a star I would. This RMS beauty cosmetics company is a joke!!!! I have been lied to many many times I canceled an order. They said they gave me the credit the next day. They lied to me. I never got it after eight days. I called the bank. They said no you didn’t get your credit. I canceled it within a few minutes after ordering it so I was in the right time frame to cancel it. I wrote an email to the corporate. They never respond. You can’t talk to a human anymore. You can’t discuss anything with them they don’t wanna be bothered. I had to dispute this charge because they lied to me and said they gave it to me many many times. Don’t trust this company. I’m asking you just for your own good please don’t trust this company. They have done me wrong and I’m finished with them. !!!!!

The concealer is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever used—no creasing and it gives my skin a wonderfully hydrated look. As someone with sensitive skin, I’m thrilled to report that all RMS products work harmoniously for me. I purchase my RMS favorites through Cult Beauty, where I benefit from a generous discount for bluelight card holders. Overall, my experience with RMS Beauty has been outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend their products and customer service to anyone looking for quality cosmetics!

I am in the UK and I placed an order for the UncoverUp Concealer which was shipped via courier. The courier failed to deliver 3 days running, so yesterday I contacted RMS who immediately sent out a replacement. Typically, my order arrived today, but the company simply told me to keep the duplicate. Fabulous customer service. I struggle with very dark under eye circles which make my wrinkles look worse and I have tried various colour correctors. This may be a touch pale for me during the summer, but I do think I may have found something which does what it says. Very happy.

Terrible delivery times! Ordered a blusher weeks ago! On a separate note it arrived today and it’s a lovely blusher. I ordered ReDimension Hydra blush in French Rose. I am very pale and blushers can make me look like Aunt Sally (older women will understand). This is nice to put on and has a nice glow not greasy face looking. If you can handle long delivery times it’s worth ordering 👍🏻

I wanted to love everything I received from RMS beauty, but the colors and the textures were so disappointing. I watched multiple videos and the colors were way off from how they were represented. And the textures were not luxurious at all, but more like drugstore makeup.

I purchased rms beauty Legendary Seum Lipstick in Angela to replace L’Oréal Colour Riche in Divine Wine for a cruelty free option. The product is rather on the dry side but the color is almost a dupe.
