Thank you so much for the kind review! We recently found a batch of older feedback that hadn’t been seen previously, and we didn't want your lovely note to go unacknowledged. We take a lot of pride in offering natural products that are safe for the little ones, so it’s wonderful to hear that you feel confident using our paint on toys. We hope those projects brought a lot of joy to the children who received them! We look forward to helping you with your next safe and natural project.

Thank you for being such a loyal customer over the years! We recently uncovered a group of older reviews that had unfortunately been missed at the time, and we wanted to sincerely apologize for the silence you experienced when you reached out. We are a small team and we truly aim to get back to everyone quickly, but it’s clear we dropped the ball on your message. We hate that it cost us a star, but we completely understand your frustration. It’s great to hear that the website information helped you make the move to the Outdoor Defense Oil - it's a fantastic choice for benches exposed to the elements. We hope the new finish has been performing well on your bench. If you ever have questions about future applications, please don't hesitate to give us another shout!
