RL Food Testing Laboratory, Inc.Reviews of rlfoodtestinglaboratory.com

My experience with RL Laboratories was wonderful. They answered all my questions and were very helpful through out the entire process. I would highly recommend using them for any lab tests that need to be fullfilled and will be looking forward to working with them in the future

The people I worked with were clear, informed and efficient. The project was executed and completed quickly and without complications. Thank u.

The customer service is outstanding! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. I had tons of questions, and they we're always eager to help me. I will be continuing having my products tested here. A+!!

Very satisfied with my experience using them for a several months-long shelf life study. They provided the results on time at every interval, were responsive to questions and flexible when I needed to adjust the timeline. I would use their services again and recommend to others.

They where so easy to work with

The company went above and beyond to help us with nutrition labeling. As novices in the world of nutrition, they patiently walked us through the process, held our hands along the way, answered our (many) questions, and were amazing teachers in regulations to ensure that our labeling would be in compliance. They also graciously allowed us to make changes along the way and adhered to our tight timelines (and didn't make us feel like we were putting them out, even though we were!). A special shout out to Bronte Boyadzhyan who is the consummate professional - returning our calls promptly, helping us get to the right person to answer our questions, and being patient and understanding as we navigated the process. We need more Bronte's in the world! Thank you RL Food Testing!

The work was done within the stated time frame. Based on the results of the work, a label was obtained that complies with FDA requirements

From first contact, Bridget was incredibly informative, available & straightforward. She was helpful every step of the way in obtaining AAFCO testing & labeling. We will certainly use RL Food Labs for all our future products.
