RJL Technology IntegrationReviews of rjltechnologies.com

I cold called RJL from Google search and wanted to buy 18 scanners. I never trust any online purchasing due to delays and wrong item shipments. This call however led me to a person who gave me all info on the item and made my purchasing process easy, fast, and most of all RELIABLE. I needed these scanners in NY as I was traveling there for a Toy Fair from Dallas. RJL Tech is located in NY and went out of their way to personally drop the scanners to my hotel!! This company went above and beyond to ensure my success for my business. As a business owner myself...I am happy to work with RJL on all my future purchasing.

Very pleased with the pre-sales purchase assistance including the post sales follow up that I received. I am looking forward to doing business again! They also have great pricing.

Thank you so much for being patient with me! Awesome customer service and fast delivery!

Great prices, fast shipping, will always recommend!

This is a fantastic company, with great customer service, fast free delivery, and terrific pricing compared to competitors. I would highly recommend them, and will continue using them for future orders.

I placed an online order #2519 on January 1st. Had some issues, but with Richard Logis' help, we should be receiving our order soon. Richard was very helpful with explaining the issues that occurred with my order. He will handle the order himself to be sure there are no other problems. We will watch for order to arrive. He is a very nice man. Thank you Richard. (I will update this review upon conclusion of order.)

Richard over at RJL was incredibly helpful, came up with timely solutions for us, and provided impeccable service. Where other companies failed to deliver on our short timeline, Richard quickly sourced the hardware we needed, and had it shipped directly to us in the field. Thank you!

This guy is top notch, first I am on the west coast and sent him an email at night about 7:30-8:00 pm our time and I received a response with in 10 Minutes! From there on it has been a breeze. I have a time sensitive project with a very big client on the west coast and keep me informed and his projections were spot on with delivery times(which can be difficult). I appreciate the personal touch and he has fair prices. Thanks again Richard it is very much appreciated!! Just wanted to update my review from last year 2015 I can't say enough about Richard, he has worked tirelessly for me and our company and believe me there have been some Issues along the way with a particular Vendor Datamax Oneill. So I just wanted to say again how much I appreciate you Richard.
