We've stayed in Ritz Carlton Bali resort&spa on August 2022. Cost per night more than 600 eur. Somebody from staff came to lock the mini bar on our arrival (cost max 30 Eur)… Laundry (3 clothes) were delivered in 2 days with request to pay in cash, requested buggy didn't arrive in time, ordered food was deliverd in 1 hour with request to pay in cash. Private pool was dirty on first day of stay… We'll never choose this hotel again…Shame on this brand..

We placed an order for 2 cakes in April 2022. They messed up both our orders. They said they will give us refund of 1 cake that is 10k plus. It is almost August now and we still have not recieved the refund.. They dont even reply to us anymore. A complete cheat hotel..

Stayed at the laguna niguele site so beautiful and amazing staff

This hotel is one of the best hotel I stayed in. Breakfast buffet is delicious and customer service is on point. Would definitely like to book them in different countries!

Pretty much ruined my whole trip. Worse than rip off merchant. Took booking and then stated 2 weeks later that payment hadn't gone through. Very disturbed I rang the bank where payment was supposed to be authorised, they said no attempt has been made even when I had confirmation. Truth came out. They could get more money on the day and throw my confirmation out. Dirty underhanded disgusting excuse of a hotel chain.

Amazing resort! We stayed at the Langkawi resort last summer and it was truly amazing. Everything from staff, service, rooms and facilities was excellent.

I have been to Ritz-Carlton Herzliya (Israel), This is amazing hotel, I would grade them 10/10 in every aspect except for the price. I know ritz is pricy but in Israel its way above that!

I stayed at Mandapa in Ubud, Bali. This resort is incredible and the staff were amazing. Can't wait for COVID to be over so I can go back for round 2!
