Clean room, Staff was Good and Smiling at most days, breakfast and brunch was fresh and delicious. Quite facility with little to none as far as activities. While wives were out and about us Men literally had 1 bar TV and nothing else to do! No billiards, no cigar room, no media room, no game room. I felt it was very limited for adult males to interact or enjoy. Other than that everything else was good. 1 shot of Glenlivet 12 was $32 dollars, the bottle at Ralph’s is $29.99, so skip the drinking or BYOB.

Their branded card had good benefits. But they have now downgraded the lounge benefits from unlimited guests to 3 without changing their fees or adding anything. At a minimum, they should upgrade the membership tier to Platinum to make up for these lost benefits.

I have been to Ritz-Carlton Herzliya (Israel), This is amazing hotel, I would grade them 10/10 in every aspect except for the price. I know ritz is pricy but in Israel its way above that!

Sometimes, when I solo travel I stay at the Ritz. I love to travel often and travel for both work and play throughout the year as a hobby so I stay in a lot of hotels. I've stayed at the Ritz in Vienna (Austria), Washington D.C., Osaka (Japan), and in Laguna Nigel (California coast). My favorite was by far the one in Austria where the service was superb, location was amazing and the concierge was able to book us sweet seats last minute at the State Opera house by making a bunch of phone calls. The Ritz is a luxury chain through Marriott so if you are a rewards member you can get some crazy points for stays here as the rooms run upwards of hundreds of dollars a night. They always leave a small welcome token in the room with a note from the manager of the hotel welcoming me back, a nice personal touch. The beds at these hotels are all the same and they are amazing. They are some of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever stayed in. I always sleep well in these luxurious and fluffy beds and look forward to them when I know I'm coming back to my room here. The Ritz is not my favorite luxury hotel as it seems to cater to an older audience, but it is beautiful and a fun treat from time to time. Service here is consistent when you are traveling abroad so that is one thing to look forward to if you are out of your element. For example, while in Osaka the concierge informed me of a shuttle to the airport (which is an hour away from the city) for $10 and their free hotel car drove me there with a kind valet who helped me purchase the ticket and helped me with my bags. This saved me a $150 cab ride and I had no idea about it until they told me it was an option. In Laguna Nigel I spoke to the concierge above nearby things to do who offered me free tickets to tour the nearby historical Mission and I spent a wonderful afternoon exploring and learning of the history of the place. That tour was my favorite thing I did while in Laguna. Basically, they go above and beyond wherever you are to make your stay pleasant and to take care of you. Consistency like that is key when you travel and I appreciate that. Also, the Marriott app makes booking hotels a breeze and is one of the better hotel apps (not better than Hilton, but close). You gain points for free stays in the future and can also get points by booking rental cars and tour through the app. It will make suggestions once you have booked your hotel.

Love this hotel. Great customer care whenever I've rocked up to one of theirs. Superb treatment and great place to stay. Was well looked after
