Non-delivery after weeks and weeks. Non performance of contract with no refund. Very upset.

I placed an order and it never shipped.

The message said I received this survey due to a recent purchase. My last purchase was 5 months ago. Also, I was sent a pump for a different garden as the makeshift substitute until the one I needed was back in stock. That was also months ago. Will I ever get the correct pump?

I placed this order in January and I still don't have a completely filled order.

Still a 4 months old unfulfilled order. It's basically robbery at this point.

Rise Gardens is a cheap product made by a terrible company with a non existent customer support. Please do not waste your money, time or energy.

I pre-ordered the Rise Loft garden and it was supposed to ship in February 2026 but it's March 2026 and I have yet to receive anything. I received a email about rating my experience and so I figured I would give my feedback thus far. I haven't received any updates on delivery either.

The lack of communication is super frustrating- I ordered these in November 2025 and it is end of February 2026. There is no way to get a hold of a live person. I’ve asked for a refund but haven’t gotten anywhere.
