Very poor response time from customer service. It takes more than 3 months for a shipment to arrive. The only plant that really thrives is lettuce. All other products are a waste of time. Very disappointed to say the least.

Moved up my renewal date and charged me $240 without my knowledge, despite several orders from the previous year unfulfilled. Straight up theft!!!! I already contacted BBB on them

I loved my Rise Garden to Start. 1. Customer Service is HORRIFIC. 2. If you get a garden, you'll need to replace parts eventually, but expect them not to be available, turning your investment into a $1,000+ stand that the lights work sometimes. Did I mention customer service is horrific? I've gone back and forth with them since purchasing our garden on Nov 16, 2022. I've spent well over $3,000 with them, and they do not care or help people with their gardens. Whatever you do, do not get one of their gardens. It's not worth it.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought basic seeds in April. Nothing fancy. It was supposed to be shipped within 3 business days. It will be AUGUST tomorrow with no sign of shipment. I have contacted customer service 16 times and received a response from only 4 of them where they give a runaround of “please expect shipment within 1-2 weeks.” After 2 weeks without shipment, I contact them then they ghost me again. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS REPEATING THIS EXACT CYCLE. Absolutely terrible.

I placed order #01-110458 on February 2, 2026 and paid $196.19 by credit card for hydroponic garden parts. More than five months later the order still has not shipped -- the status has been stuck on "getting your order ready to be shipped" the whole time, with no tracking, no updates, and no explanation. I would genuinely still like to receive the parts and grow my garden, but the complete lack of fulfillment and communication has been very frustrating.
