Easy to navigate the site and order what I wanted. It was a little unclear at check out that the shipping cost which was listed separately had already been added to the total, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was when I finalized my transaction. I am kind of disappointed that the timeline for shipping is just within 2 weeks and there has been any more specific communication about where things are in the process since purchasing a few days ago.

Website was easy to navigate on phone. Good explanations of different seed plugs. The only issue was they were out of some seed plugs I was interested in purchasing, peas and cucumbers. Maybe the company should remove the product from their site instead of saying “out of stock”.

Pros: This site was very easy to navigate. They have some really outstanding products. They run a Facebook group just for customers, so it will be easy to learn what works & what doesn’t. Cons: High shipping fees Many things out of stock, which means another shipping fee later on. Some info on the main products are really hard to find (I had to read so many outside blogs) No close-up photos on the empty garden, the tank, or the other equipment. I would definitely recommend this site just for the quality of their products.

We choose to get the single family garden as a trial run. I am looking forward to harvesting lettuce and perhaps other vegetables, year round. **Please note: if you want the 5% discount, there is a hyphen that must be inserted in the middle of the code. If you do not add it, the code will not work. I am concerned about the ongoing cost of the seed pods. I may try to make my own seed pods. The website was set-up in an easily understood way.

I had a frustrating checkout experience - the system would not accept my discount code. After going back and forth for a while they gave me a credit for the discount. This system is beautiful and pretty easy to set up. I still have not been able to get the wifi working, which has rendered the app useless. Plants are growing beautifully in under two weeks. Hopefully will get the wifi straightened out.

Was very easy to order, had some trouble figuring out the difference between bundles and regular family gardens. Would be nice if there was some clarification as the what’s included was different in the starter kit description for each bundle and so I ended up ordering the family garden without the bundle due to the confusion. Also no military discount so that’s a bummer!
