The pump broke again, and in all my time, and spending a lot of money, I have NEVER produced any fruits, vegetables, herbs, etc...

I have not received the past three deliveries that are part of my annual Rise Garden subscription. One item arrived last week, 27 August. I asked a callback to discuss my dissatisfaction a month ago. I have yet to receive a response

I’ve had items on back order for almost a year. That’s nothing short of insane.

Nearly six months later, no product and now no response I ordered the Rise Loft in March. At the time of purchase, it was clearly listed as a preorder with an expected ship date in May. I understood that and was completely fine waiting until May. May came and went with no shipment. Then June came and went. When I reached out, responses were slow and mostly generic apologies about supply chain issues and delays. At one point, Rise Gardens sent me a free Sprouts Nursery and said we would receive a $50 credit toward products once the Loft finally arrived. I appreciated the gesture, but it did not solve the actual problem. June ended. July passed. I continued emailing for updates, and eventually my emails were simply ignored. At that point, I asked to cancel my order. That request has also been ignored. Tomorrow is September. It has been almost six months since I placed this order and more than three months since the product was originally supposed to ship. I have paid for a product I still do not have, I cannot get a meaningful update, and I apparently cannot even get the company to acknowledge my request to cancel and refund the order. I am now at the point of filing a dispute with my credit card company because I do not know what other option I have. When a company takes your money, fails to deliver the product months after the promised timeframe, stops responding, and ignores cancellation requests, it becomes extremely difficult to have any confidence that the order will ever be fulfilled. Rise Gardens sent me an email asking me to review my experience with them, so here it is. I’m done.

I have not received my last 2 orders. Customer service is nonexistent. The only way to contact them is through Chat which seems like its just AI nonsense. I love my garden but without the seeds its useless. I feel scammed.
