Going through same thing can’t get any info on an order , No phone of their suppose Helpline, and don’t respond to any emails. Huge rip off. I guess I can try and get the bank to get my money back. Fingers crossed

Ordered product 02/01/2023 ORDER #17109S38609, still has not shipped or arrived, was suppose to be here by 02/14/2023 as a VD gift, they will not cancel my order. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would not use this company. They are not even in the US. They don't even tell you that your bank will charge you international Transaction Fees, because they do not use US Banks.
