Rise-PlanetReviews of rise-planet.com

Rise-Planet is nothing but a bunch of scammers. They sent a different item than I actually ordered, refused to send the correct item but offered $6 refund on $43 purchase. Ends up they actually charged me $54 so I filed a claim with PayPal, company came back saying they would refund my $42 if I sent the item back to somewhere in China. Too bad the address on the delivery package says it came from Chicago. Fraudulent scumbags… BEWARE!!!

This company is fraudulent and corrupt. I ordered a simple car horn. After three weeks I started getting notifications that I had a random package at the post office that required additional postage. Of course, I did not submit my CC # to release the package. Rise-Planet would not cover the postage nor would they refund my purchase price. I ended up with no product and a loss of $40. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I too got scammed. No pole to make this thing work. Buyer beware!

This is the worst company ever. I ordered a weed puller which on their website showed the pole and no indication that it was not included. There is no phone number or a return address. You have to send a message and then the denial starts. They won't allow you to return the item for a refund even though website shows this: ☺️Return >> Fast refund within 30 days if you are not satisfied, we offer money backQuarantee. (I should have saw the warning by the mis-spelling) Same as other reviews, it takes 24 hours for them to respond, back and forth with customer service via e-mail. They say they wouldn't take it back and this is one of the responses: As we did have sent you the correct item The refund cannot be acceptable according to our rules sorry for not being helpful in this issue. However, I've fought with my superior for a long time. They started offering 3USD and now are up to 7USD. Also, they originally overcharged me $6. I reported to my credit card and they did say they would correct it. I will believe when I see it. I agree with the other reviews, STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS and I also be reporting them to BBB.

Like the many reviewers before me, I fell for ordering from this sham company. I ordered 2 weed-puller tools and after several weeks of waiting, finally received 2 tool HEADS. No pole/stick which makes the tool completely USELESS. This was not how the tool was advertised (on social media) and it is completely misleading and deceptive on their part. I have no interest in building my own gardening tool and having to go out and purchase more parts is utterly ridiculous. Thanks to PayPal, I was able to get my $52 back. The thought of these crooks keeping my money made me sick. These people should be ashamed of themselves. They are thieves, pure and simple. BUYER BEWARE!!

Deceptive Advertising from Facebook (META). Advertised clothing that was attractive - received product that was so poor, and sizes not as US - Turns out they are based in CHINA _ Not revealed until tried to return. Package was received from AZUZA, Ca. Pay Pal would only repeat company offer - had to be returned to CHINA - over original purchase price to ship - and they wanted it back to CHINA in 1 week. USPS - no guarantee on time - est 2-6 weeks - as had to go thru customs. Between time, energy and purchase price - the cost far exceeded the value. PayPal - totally not helpful. Lesson learned - do not make purchases from Facebook - not as they appear - and recourse has been made impossible. No longer trust Pay Pal to honor customers - only provide customer service that can read off of a script - no supervisor to discuss issues.

I ordered a weed puller from this site. On the site their was a picture of a weed attachment that pulls weeds on a long pole. I had see it before and it was less expensive on this site. When I got the product all that arrived is was the weed head attachment with no pole. I have went back and forth with customer service via e-mail (as that is the only way they will respond) and each response takes 24 hours there is no way to message back and forth. Everytime you "chat" with them on their site the response is "they are busy and will get back to you within 24 hours" So 1 message per day. At the end of the day they say they wouldn't take it back because it would cost too much to ship it back to their facility in China so they would offer me compensation and the maximum they were allowed to offer me was $10. So keep an un-opened item that I don't need, refuse to take it back and offer me a small percentage of what I paid. Oh and by the way when I ask "how" they would pay me any compensation they won't answer. So I doubt i will ever see it. Bottom Line there are plenty of options to buy items off of..STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS!!! I'll be reporting them to the BBB as well!

Wish I had checked reviews B4 ordering. Scam company!! Advertise weed puller with stick but stick don't come with actual product. Foreign co so the stick can't be found in USA measurements. Useless, useless, useless
