Ordered an item and when I hit the order button a pop up appeared offering a 15 percent discount. So I hit "apply." But it was for a second item that I do not need. I tried cancelling the second item via repeated emails, but no response. It was through Paypal, so there was no other way to cancel except through the merchant. When I get the items, if ever, it would cost nearly as much as they are worth to send back to Singapore. Stay away from this company!

Sellers of junk..!! Bought a hat said it shipped from Germany. Two months later I received it crushed and mangled in a plastic bag. Ad showed a Panama hat hand made in Ecuador, the hat received says made in China. Deceptive ads too.. Customer services said we shipped what your ordered…!

Purchased Dinosaur Eggs for Easter, pictures looked great discription sounded good. I purchased 24, once delivered I discoveres they are no bigger then a very small quail egg and dinosaurs are minuscule,deformed and every egg had the same deformed dinosaur just a different colour. They are very dangerous and a severe choking hazard. After contacting the company and sending pictures they told me that was the correct product and have a great day. No very impressed I would definitely advise people to NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Ordered a pair of gym shorts that were advertised off Instagram. Wore them once in the gym and the stitching is already falling apart. Emailed support and they told me to fix it myself or ship it back to china offering me 3 US dollars as compensation for delivery expense (I'm in Australia). Very cheaply made and looks are deceiving. DO NOT BUY!

My fault.. item looked good in the picture.. when finally arrived, poor quality and didn't fit. Getting the usual run around. They actually asked if I could give to someone else. Never again..

Ordered what looked like would be cute engraved forks for Valentine's Day. Placed my order in mid January. Paid for express shipping. They arrived in March. They quality was less than impressive. I reached out to customer service to get an address to return the product. They gave me the run around for 3 weeks. Offering me 10% of my purchase price and telling me to keep the product. I even sent them pictures to show the poor quality. They refused to send me a return address even though I was within the return policy window. They wouldn't let me speak to anyone in upper management and there was no phone number to call. I finally gave up and got 20% of my purchase price refunded and the product is now in the garbage. Horrible customer service and definitely not a deal.

Ordered a Valentine’s gift for my husband on 04/02/23 and paid for express shipping. Received 17/03/23! Great express shipping. The company even blamed Covid-19 and stated delays would be inevitable. If delays were inevitable, why offer express shipping???

An update to my last review, I finally received the item I ordered and it was as advertised and I am happy with it. It was ordered 1/27 and it arrived 3/16. I e-mailed tracking-hub.com, the service transporting the item at the listed email twice and they did reply that is was on it's way. The item did ship from Italy. Not sure where the fault lies but would not order again due to the experience.
