Rigby's customer service is excellent. I live in a remote location in Hawaii, and had excellent delivery times and easy to use tracking of my order. My three dogs (two of whom are extremely picky) just love Rigby. We are customers for life!

This company is amazing! My dog LOVES their treat pouches. They're easy to take on hikes, use as meal toppers, use for training, freeze for treats, and more! I love that they are not messy and super easy for me to carry around. Their customer support and marketing team are amazing, and everyone I have communicated with has been so wonderful and helpful. I truly love this brand and the product; we will be lifetime supporters!

We’ve been loving the RigbyPets pouches! One of my favorite things about them is how convenient they are. They’re shelf stable, so I always like having a few stocked in the pantry, in our emergency go bag, or even in the car. They’re also great to throw in my bag for long hikes! I also really appreciate how simple the ingredients are. There’s a limited ingredient list made with whole ingredients, so I actually feel good about what I’m giving my pup. They’re so versatile through all stages of puppy life too. We’ve used them for training, lick mats, or just as a little something extra with meals. I love having different flavors to rotate through so my pup doesn’t get bored. Definitely something I’d recommend always having a few on hand!

Quick shipping. Easy to use product. Love the idea. Wish it was a little thicker even after refrigerated, it is still a little runny which is harder to feed flat faced breeds. Amazing concept. Excited to try more flavors and targeted pouches. Like that it is a healthier alternative for other similar packaged treats.

We have loved Rigby's products and working with their team! We used their pouches early on when taking our puppy, Penny Mae, to new places and during training. We have also incorporated it into our enrichment toys and as a food topper. All the flavors are a hit in our house!

these pouches have been a game changer for my reactive dog! it’s so easy to give him a lick rather than finding treats. he also loves the flavor so it’s a high reward! i can’t recommend these enough!
