Hi Maëva, Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your feedback about your order, as we do take it to heart. We completely understand your disappointment here, and please be assured this is not the experience we intended our customers to have. Our utmost priority is brightening your day with our products and service, so when we miss the mark it disappoints us as much as it does you. While we wish we were able to adjust our shipping prices, this step is up to our carrier partner, UPS at this time. That said, be sure to keep an eye on our website to see if anything changes as it relates to our location and shipping costs. With this being said, we would be happy to offer you store credit code FORYOU25% for 25% off of your next purchase with us to better help offset that shipping cost. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help, we're always here for you and happy to do whatever we can! Best, Katie
