Very deceptive dealership My $2000 down payment was added to my total sale price on the first bike I purchased from them in 2021.Only noticed this after I paid off the bike. Went back to puchase another bike before I realized the shady contract. I was told I was approved for 0 down and a payment of 130 a month. Told to me by Alexia all I had to do was come down and sign the contract. Loaded my trade in bike and excitedly drove to there 22nd street location. I live an hour away so did everything online and over the phone to make sure my payment, trade in , and approval was done. When I arrived they switched sales person on me and said 240 a month and 2000 dollars down. I asked to talk to the original sales person and they told me she wasnt there as she walked right by me. They work as a team to deceive you buyers beware! Left there and went to Musselmen Honda and bought my bike from Shane. Told him my frustasion with Ride Now, and he infomed me that he quit working for them because of there shady business practices. Shane was straight up with me and is a honest salesman he delivered on his word unlike Ridenow.

Bought 2023 Kawasaki Mule SX from Concord,NC facility in April. To date unit has been in shop for 2 months. One bright spot has been Dennis the service manager. He has tried his best to work with the manufacturer to get warranty issues fixed. The other management however a different story. No communication at all. Not one I’m sorry for your trouble. RIDENOW has one goal, to separate you from your money. This disabled Navy Vet intends to tell everyone he knows two things. 1. NEVER BUY FROM RIDENOW CONCORD,NC 2. NEVER BUY A KAWASAKI PRODUCT. JTM

Here in Arizona they charge $599 doc fee. A great secretary making $30/hr needs to work 20 hours to do paperwork that we have all done at the DMV in 30minutes? 😂 they also charge $500 for dealer prep on a new bike - this is usually a 30min- 1 hour inspection and screwing undone parts and adding liquids. That’s more than surgeons make. Never never buy from these fools.

Overheard manager supporting racism in the workplace.

I am a large car dealer. Brendan, apparently the sales manager, would be fired immediately if he worked for me. What an a hole how he treated my wife and I on the phone today. Just asked a simple question on the pricing. He immediately said we mark up all vehicles 4k. The one we where looking at was advertised on their website for 7950. First, that is false advertising, which is illegal. The markup they wanted is more than half the price. If I did that in my business I would be out of business. BTW found plenty of other stores very polite and willing to work with us. Lastly, he basically told us to f off and go somewhere else and hung up. Definitely do not recommend Ride Now SoCal in Vista. I can only imagine how their service is if they can't treat their customers with any respect at all.

Tried to buy a bike listed as 4974 Our Price...they wanted 6500 to buy the bike...excuses such as we had to change tires, caliper, etc. which added 850 then government taxes etc. they are worse than a car dealer...dont go near them

Bought a 2023 re 350 mc. Msrp 3999.99. Out the door price was 7200$. 3200 in dealer fees and tax. Even worse.come to find out to keep warranty they want 580$ for each service. 1 at 300m 1 at 1000m and then every 4000m. Horrible. This place is crooked as it gets. This was in Tallahassee fl. ill be dOing my own servicing warranty be danged. After a few years at that cost you have basically bought a new bike lol. Stay far away.Salesmen were friendly but if I was taking all your money I'd be all smiles as well.

After thinking about it, I decided that I really needed to write a review about how awful this motorcycle store is. As an example, when you are interested in testing out a new car, you make contact with the dealership and explain what your interests are. They tell you what they have (if you don't already know) and set up an appointment. Typically, when you get there the vehicle(s) are sitting out front all ready to go. You can drive whatever you like. When you complete your evaluation, if you are interested you then sit down and talk about a sale. I made the same arrangement with Ride Now on INA. But when I got there, it was like I entered an altered universe. As expected, the salesmen was there to eagerly great you, but there was no bike to ride. They wanted to whisk me away into the salesmen office to settle on a deal BEFORE I even took the bike out for a test ride. Moreover, while I can understand that you need to have the right apparel and helmet, they wanted MY insurance car for MY motorcycle. WHY? And the motorcycle, if we agreed on a price before hand, would need to go back into the shop for perhaps an hour to prep it for riding. I didn't set this up beforehand to have to sit in a dealership for half a day in HOPES of taking a test ride on a USED motorcycle. This approach is noting short of juvenile behavior. Turned out to be a complete waste of time for me. They need to value their customers more and figure out that all customers are not fools. I left, and will never return.
