Product was as expected and I am very happy with it. My order contained two items - one of which was on backorder. My only 'gripe' was that I wish this had been communicated to me. I did place a call to Ricmotech. They were very helpful in explaining what was going on. Overall I am happy with the purchase and experience and will shop with them again.

The product is excellent. It took roughly 6 weeks to ship it to Denmark, but I expected that - just hoped for it to magically be faster.
