Great customer service, would have liked to get a price matched on equipment bought or a coupon at least.

the good and the bad the j11 cable is work good the bad is thrustmaster T.RJ12 U.S.B adapter is not working it will cost more than its worth

Spot on, quality product. It is exactly what I needed. Only downside was mailing options. There didn't seem to be a lower mailing option and the FedEx option was pretty pricey, foe what the item is.

Product was as expected and I am very happy with it. My order contained two items - one of which was on backorder. My only 'gripe' was that I wish this had been communicated to me. I did place a call to Ricmotech. They were very helpful in explaining what was going on. Overall I am happy with the purchase and experience and will shop with them again.

Very satisfied

Good delivery times and helpful updates along the way

Product works and was packed like it should. However, the attention to detail could be a little better. Fx, the sticker around the sequential shift plate mod is not straight all around.
