I have been having a lot of trouble with my 2013 Audi and I do mean a lot!!! I’ve been at the location at least three times in the last month. Every time I go Glen has shown me nothing short of great service, compassion, and genuine helpfulness with my many situations. Everyone there was very polite, but hats off to you Glen, you made taking my money not hurt so bad. Thanks for all you do.

I bought my car from this dealer and all of sudden there’s multiple issues with my car now that I’m ready to trade it in. I had to bring it across a Jeff attention that the car had warning lights on. Everyone is not on one accord there. I spoke to the manager Josh and he didn’t help me when I was frustrated with Audi today. The guys that wash and vacuum the card have better customer service then the manager. What a shame I won’t be getting another Audi from this dealership!

Great service & sales efforts. I’d give 5 stars except for one thing: the payment system definitely needs to be updated ASAP. No Apple Pay, no ability to be able to tap the card—I had to hand the card to the clerk and then sign! In the name of Corona Virus 🦠 I was grossed out.
