Went for recall. While I was there they looked at my oil and it was at 30%, so they asked if I wanted to do it and I agreed and paid for oil change. Picked up car and after I got home looked at oil gauge and it still read 30%. It is very inconvenient for me to go back and If I do how do I know if they really changed the oil or just reset the gauge!! Hard to trust them now...

We are disappointed in our purchase and Customer Service. We traded in a new Hyundai that was great for us, in for the VW Tiguan RLine model. There has been many issues with only 11,500 miles on the vehicle. We take great care of our vehicles and to be in for service over a handful of times within a years time, make me want to reconsider about another VW purchase in the future. When we bring the car in for a repair, I have to follow up with the status of our vehicle. It would be great to have a courtesy call regarding the vehicles status. I understand that times are different with the issues caused by the Covid19, although a follow up call does not require a great amount of time. I spoke to Juan via text and scheduled an appointment with Wayne Man Gue who had sold me my previous vehicle in 2018. That 2018 experience was excellent, and this one on 8/27/20 was even better! I was greeted right away and Wayne came to help me immediately. We went over what vehicle I wanted and we went for the test drive. The Tiguan R-Line drove great and Wayne was very knowledgeable about its features. The sale itself was quick, we went back and forth a few times with the monthly payment but I was very happy with the end result. I really want to thank Wayne and Rachel for staying until almost 10pm to get me into this great vehicle. Rick Case VW in Weston can’t be beat! I will definitely return, and recommend to my friends.

I hate car dealerships. Stumbled upon them after another dealership jacked on a $3,400 warranty they said was included. The price was best in all of Florida, called them drove the car signed paperwork and was out in 1.5 hours. 10/10 recommend
