I've been dealing with Honda for at least 10 years. I've leased and purchased. The staff is always friendly whether I'm there for maintenance purposes or purchase. The facility always clean. I always recommend Honda Griffin. Always a great experience!

I have taken my car to Rick Case Volkswagen for years. Hugo the Service Advisor always provides excellent service, great explanations, and great follow up. I would not ever go to another dealer as long as I have a Volkswagen.

I had no appt, I called the service desk spoke to Julio and right there he told me to bring the car 👏. He is very knowledgeable, offer me the best options for my car for the amount of mileage.

I was greeted by Stephanie, she immediately introduced herself to me and checked me in on the computer. I was very surprised at how efficient she was. She took my keys, got me checked in on the computer. She went through my service history and suggested other services. She was very knowledgeable on each service offered, and she answered all my questions. She then took me to a waiting area and offered refreshments. After waiting a little she came and updated me on the status of my car. Overall I waited about 45 mins for my car's servicing. I was very happy she handled my appointment.
