I placed this order in December 2024
I placed this order in December 2024, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. Furthermore, the tracking information is no longer being updated. Despite my efforts to contact your team via email, I have not received a response. I am still awaiting a refund and would appreciate an update on the status of my order. Previously, I was instructed to follow up again so that the issue could be rectified. I have been a loyal customer for years, which makes this experience particularly disappointing, especially considering that it has been nearly five months since I placed the order. My order number is 99519787. I would appreciate it if you did not advise me to email support@richandclear, as I have previously sent at least 8 emails with no response.

Be careful when buying from new sites 😐
I placed an on March 31, 2025 and I haven’t gotten any updates. I can’t even track my package anymore on the site. This is my first time buying from here and now I’m getting worried.

I placed an order on March 26th, 2025. Same results as others stated. No response, no update on the product i ordered. I really wanted to give them try and support, but with the recent experience from my first order, I'm done

I placed my order on March 28,2025 and…
I placed my order on March 28,2025 and still have not received my order or any updates concerning my order. The phone number that is listed for customer service does not even work. I use to swear by this company and their products but they have definitely gone down hill.

Made an order on 28th March. No progress on delivery, no response to several emails and calls. The company is scam. Potential buyers should beware!
