I emailed about an issue with the foil…
Update. This has not been resolved. No one has replied nor made it right yet. This response to this review is all the communication I've received and it doesn't resolve anything.
Original review:
I emailed about an issue with the foil glued to the cap that would not remove. I had to use a knife and the metal dropped into the liquid and cannot be used. I did not get a response at all. Rather, I was charged for another bottle and a new one sent out. No refund, no explanation, no sorry. This did not happen with my TMG order. This is an issue, poor service and no communication. And how I've been double charged before I can even try the DIM at all. Horrible experience.
