Hi Nora, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We completely understand where you are coming from—with so much discussion surrounding advanced supplements, it can be really frustrating when the results feel like they haven't lived up to the expectations or anticipation you had starting out. Because every individual's baseline health, body chemistry, and routine are unique, the timeline and depth of noticeable results can vary significantly from person to person. While our liquid liposomal formulas are specifically designed for maximum bioavailability, we never want a customer to feel like they didn't get genuine value from their experience with RHO. We would love the opportunity to learn more about which products you tried and how you were taking them, or see how we can best support you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected] so our team can assist you further. Thank you again for giving RHO a try and for sharing your candid perspective. Warm regards, The RHO Nutrition Team

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry for the frustration, delay, and miscommunication you experienced regarding your order cancellation, pricing, and accidental multiple-bottle purchase. Having communication cross paths with an outbound shipment and feeling unsupported as a result is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Our support team is actively reviewing your account history and order details, and a dedicated representative will be following up with you directly via email to resolve this in accordance with our policies and ensure a fair solution regarding your order and promotional discount. Regarding your point on Glutathione bioavailability, you are entirely correct about standard oral supplements. As mentioned in the WebMD excerpt you shared, traditional oral glutathione capsules are easily destroyed by digestive enzymes before entering the bloodstream. That exact absorption barrier is why RHO was created. Our liquid liposomal formula encapsulates the nutrient in protective phospholipid spheres, shielding the Glutathione through the digestive process so it can bypass enzyme breakdown and be absorbed effectively by your cells. Thank you for your patience while our team reaches out directly to get this fully resolved for you. Warm regards, The RHO Nutrition Team

Hi Maria, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your incredible experience with us! We're thrilled to hear about the positive, measurable impact our Glutathione has had on your health, especially in helping bring your liver enzymes back to normal! Glutathione is the body's master antioxidant, and delivering it through our high-absorption liposomal system ensures your body can actually utilize it to effectively support liver function and cellular health. Your current stack with NAD+ and Creatine is fantastic, and adding our Daily Peptide would be the ultimate way to round out your routine! We are so glad our liquid formulas make staying consistent with your daily health simple, convenient, and easy to take. Thank you for your trust, your wonderful review, and for being such a valued part of the RHO Nutrition community! Warm regards, The RHO Nutrition Team

Hi Danielle, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We completely understand that starting a new supplement routine comes with the expectation of feeling a noticeable difference, so we appreciate you sharing your experience. While some individuals notice a shift quickly, many nutrients, even with the enhanced bioavailability of our liquid liposomal delivery system, take time to replenish baseline levels and build up in the system before tangible changes are felt. Factors like individual biochemistry, daily consistency, and the specific formula all play a key role in the timeline of results. We want to make sure you get the absolute most out of your products. If you have any questions about optimal timing, dosage, or stacking your formulas, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Our team is always here to help support you and guide your routine. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving RHO a try! Warm regards, The RHO Nutrition Team

Hi Donna, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such an incredible review with us! We are beyond thrilled to hear that both you and your friend have become "immediate fans" of our Methylated B-12! Noticing that boost in focus, clarity, and energy after just two weeks of daily use is fantastic. Hearing how much it helped your friend—especially after traditional B-12 pills weren't making a difference—is the ultimate testament to why liquid liposomal delivery is so powerful! Traditional pills often struggle with low absorption rates in the digestive tract, whereas our liposomal technology protects the nutrients so your body can actually absorb and utilize them effectively. Thank you so much for sharing RHO with your friend, for your trust, and for being such a valued part of the RHO nutrition community! Warm regards, The RHO Nutrition Team
