5 star service from Matt. He came out to my house to give both of my chair a service. Very helpful and very friendly and lastly very good with my dog

Great customer service and aftercare from the company and staff. I followed a process through access to work which was new to me and they worked hard to accommodate my needs and support me through. The representative Matt was very knowledgeable and amenable and I found him easy to talk to and explain the various options and benefits of each component of the wheelchair.

Had my fitting with Ella who made my first ever fitting experience a breeze and made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the advice she gave me on what I can choose for my chair! I personally can’t wait to get my new chair that actually fits me properly! Thank you Ella!!!!

Brilliant from start to finish. As a total newbie for a custom active chair, Ella had the patience of a saint and answered all my questions at the fitting and later, at the handover. I'm so thrilled with my new wheels. Worth every penny! ❤️

I met with Ella to discuss the possibility of switching to an F35 from my current electric attachment. The demonstration she gave has excellent and she explained all the pros and cons of switching. Overall I was so impressed I ordered 1 straight away. Now just waiting for delivery.

This is my second chair from RGK and it's a great product. I was able to upgrade from a Tiga (excellent chair) to an Octane Sub4. The whole process from choosing the new chair, bespoke measurements, through to ordering was made very easy by the team at RGK. They kept me informed of how everything was progressing and made the payment process simple. The finished product is outstanding..I still can't believe how light the frame is, making transfers into the car so much easier. My RGK advisor, Matt, gave excellent advice on tweaks I could make to my order to suit my needs, and it all came together perfectly. I'm delighted with how everything turned out.

Ella came out to see me originally and was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful advice about size of chair and cushion etc, Easy process to order the RGK wheelchair sub4. Pip was very helpful giving me updates when the delivery date was going to be and other administrative stuff!!
