Despite a long onboarding process, once I was a part of the team, the culture and work environment were second to none in the AI industry, with incredibly kind leaders with patience and compassion for us, no matter our experiences and life stories. Sometimes the work is arduous, sometimes there is no work at all, but it is not their fault and they are always accommodating and understanding when issues come up.

The team is really great and we work towards a common goal. There's something about prioritizing humanity over results that goes beyond working as an AI trainer. I feel truly comfortable working at Abaka. The only downside is that work availability isn't consistent. Besides that, it's a great company to work for.

Amazing Work Community I've been working in Abaka for 7 months now, and I have nothing but praises for it. Everyone is so engaged, kind, intelligent, and welcoming. The management, leads, and trainers are really warm. It has been a rewarding experience until now. What I love most in this company is the culture. + The platform has consistently improved over the last few months. + The assessments for projects work well! - Payments messy to peruse in Rex since they're grouped by time entry. Would be nice to be able to customize time groupings (per day, per week). - Some features are a bit hidden, like "Update Work Status."

I've been working with this company for several months now, and it has been a great experience. The application process was not very clear but the overall experience is fully human-centered, with no AI interviews and a lot of feedback that helps you actually grow with the company. It's a very supportive and friendly team, with great leadership.

It’s been several months now working with Abaka and I can say it’s definitely a great place to work. All the team members are very supportive, very hardworking and passionate. On time payments, empowering people, always available to help. The working hours are flexible and no AI interview. I would say please give it a try as an AI expert.
