I got a hooded coat and a hoodie. The coat is a little small and the arms are about 8in too long. The hoodie same size fits pretty good. So I am a little disappointed in the coat, people do not have monkey arms.
Response from RewinderaDec 24, 2025
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We’re glad to hear the hoodie fit you well, but we’re sorry to learn that the coat sizing wasn’t what you expected. Different product types can sometimes have slight variations in fit, and your comments about the sleeve length are genuinely helpful for us to review with our team. We appreciate you giving us a try, and we’ll keep working to improve consistency across all styles. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out to us anytime.

Customer service was amazing as I didn’t think it would get here in time. I looked at the tracking and it was in waiting for a week, I got a hold of rewind via email and they got back to me in a day and were great. Then I received the package earlier then I expected and the sweater was absolutely amazing, it looked just like it did online which doesn’t always happen! I would recommend these guys to everyone!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're really glad we could help and that your order arrived even earlier than expected. It makes our day to hear that the sweater looked exactly like what you saw online - that’s always our goal! We truly appreciate your kind words and your recommendation. Thanks again for choosing RewindEra!

Item ZWNX22Y1 is HUGE. I've never had an XL shirt show up so over-sized. They're usually just right or maybe a little too small. This shirt literally hangs off of me like 2xl or 3xl would. It's a cool design, but I just wasted $40 on a shirt I can't wear.

Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry the sizing didn’t work out for you. If you’d like further assistance, feel free to contact us at [email protected] - our team is happy to help.

Do NOT order from this company. 24 days of shipping!!!!. The item came to my state (GA) then off to New Jersey then back to GA. Completely missed the party that I had bought the shirt for. In addition this shirt is CRAP. Just like others have said. It's not a sweat shirt, it's a thin thermal AT BEST. The printing is pixalalted and ALMOST unrecognizable as to what it's supposed to be. A complete waste of money and time!!!! Again, BUYER BEWARE. Edit: after company response. If your company is going to blame it on the courier, then for the price of your shirt ,that is clearly not worth it, go to the next level up shipping, what would that cost a company of your size? What an extra 2 or 3 bucks? Also I dont have as much of a problem with your "vintage" style shirt as I do with your crappy pixalalted graphics! Does your website address that? ......NOPE. A quality pic is shown on the advertisement. So how about addressing that as you move forward. Thanks!

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and understand how frustrating it is when an order doesn’t arrive in time for an event. Delivery routes and transit delays are sometimes affected by the carrier’s internal processing, which can unfortunately result in packages being routed through multiple facilities - something outside of our direct control once the order has shipped. We’d also like to clarify that both the fabric type and garment weight are clearly described on our product pages, and the item is listed as a sweatshirt with a lighter, vintage-style feel, not a heavyweight fleece. We truly regret that this purchase did not meet your expectations and appreciate you sharing your feedback. We’ll continue using comments like yours to improve how we communicate product details and delivery expectations.

I ordered an ugly sweater for my mom and while I was worried because it took a bit longer than I expected for it to arrive, it did arrive in time for her choir Hanukkah party! It’s so cute and is perfect!
Response from RewinderaDec 20, 2025
Thank you so much for sharing this with us! We’re really glad to hear the sweater arrived just in time for your mom’s Hanukkah choir party - that’s wonderful news. We understand the wait can be a little stressful, so it means a lot to know everything worked out perfectly in the end. We’re so happy she loved it, and we truly appreciate you choosing RewindEra!

“THE BLESSING!” That’s the line from the uncle with the toupee smoking his cigar at the dinner table. He’s reminding the family to pray before eating Christmas dinner. Then all hell breaks loose. The movie Christmas Vacation is an all time classic Christmas comedy, as most of y’all know. As my wife and I host Christmas dinner for our entire family this year, I plan on yelling these great words of wisdom whilst wearing this beautiful Christmas sweater. Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 to all. THE BLESSING will be said before we dine on the meat 🥩 of cows and hogs.

This absolutely made our day 😂🎄 “THE BLESSING!” is iconic, and we love knowing that sweater will be part of your family’s Christmas dinner tradition this year. Christmas Vacation is a true classic, and it’s awesome to hear our sweater gets to play a role in keeping that spirit alive. Wishing you and your family a loud, joyful, and unforgettable holiday dinner - may THE BLESSING be said before the feast begins! 🥩🎁 Merry Christmas!
