I’ll never purchase items from this website ever again. They make you jump through hoops to get a refund started. All of the items I purchased were not true to size. I ordered an XL in the Hawaiian button down short sleeves and they were way too big. I also ordered two zip up hoodies, also in XL and they were too small! When I emailed support, they asked for pictures(which I provided) then responded and told me I have to use a tape measure to hold up against the clothing to make sure it meets the measurement parameters. And if it’s off by an 1 1/2” they’ll give me a replacement. I’ve ordered custom items from other online retailers and they never asked me to do such things. The other retailers were only too happy to make me(the customer) happy and satisfied. Not the case with RewindEra. Please save your $$ and shop elsewhere.

I ordered two items including a men’s Hawaiian shirt. I thought the polyester material seemed cheap given the price point of 35 dollars so I asked to return it for money or store credit. While polite, they were adamant that no returns could be honored since each piece was made to order. While I do understand the dilemma I was stunned that they would not stand behind the quality of their products. They did credit me 30 percent - about ten dollars - as a “courtesy” after several detailed exchanges. I do not care about the ten bucks but I do care about company integrity. Let the buyer beware!

I ordered the cardigan sweater of the characters eyes and it came very cheap thin material that is printed on. The fabric is faded and not great quality that looks cheap. Definitely not worth $50, more like $25.

Love the assortment of styles. The problem is the large is too large and the medium is too small for my wife. What do you do? Stop ordering from this company.

I love the print, but the collar feels odd to me. Also, the size is way off. I typically fit in an XXXL just fine, but the shirts I received are far too large to wear. I will be returning for an XXL (assuming that is something I can do).

The print quality is exception, but the fabrics are all polyester and will stink shortly after wearing because they don't breath. ...no cotton at all. For this I am disappointed because I don't wish to wear my shirt due to its extreme poor fabric quality for casual wearing.

Love the go dog go theme, I always buy XL. I ordered tshirt and 2 hawaiin shirts. And all are huge!!! Not XL prob more like 2-3 XL unwearable. The tshirt is so big it’s now a sleep shirt. Expensive for the cheap wrinkled polyester! Would not buy again nor recommend.

The shirts do run big, also the layout of the buttons are terrible. You have to button the neck button if you don’t want to have your chest hanging out as the space from the top button( which is the neck button) and the next button down(which is in the middle of the chest) is astronomically far. I see you responded with “Hawaiian” type shirts. I order 1 Hawaiian shirt and two regular button downs and all 3 have the same button configuration.
