These shirts arrived rather quickly, which was a pleasant surprise! The graphics are sharp and the shirts are very well made, no straggling strings!

Shirts run big. I ordered an xl but is very baggy. More like a xxl. I kept it anyway afraid that a large would be too tight. Just be aware they run big. The quality of the shirt and the graphics were fine. For the price I knew what I was getting just wish it fit better.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you were happy with the quality and graphics, though we’re sorry the fit wasn’t quite what you expected. Our shirts are designed with a relaxed fit, but we understand sizing can feel different depending on personal preference. We appreciate you pointing this out - it’s helpful for future customers and for us as we continue improving.

This particular shirt just came across my internet viewing, and I liked it--I thought, "Isn't that the original Tenniel illustrations for Alice in Wonderland?" Sure enough--and I wore it today for my university teaching, and all my students remarked at how great it was! (I agree.)

Love my Disney Cruise shirt. The Customer Service was great. I accidentally pressed a wrong button, emailed them, and the order was revised within 24 hours. Thanks!

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Their customer service is a nightmare, they don't believe in refunds or even returning items and switching sizes. It to several emails to have them agree to send me the size I need vs the size ordered. I had to inquire about their licensing rights for the characters they are printing. The images on the shirts are not as sharp as they appear in the pictures on the website and I highly suspect the company doesn't have the licenses to be printing these characters. The material is thin and cheap feelng and not worth $35 a shirt. Pay the extra money and buy RSVLT brand.

We’re sorry to hear this wasn’t a good experience for you. Our items are made to order, which limits traditional returns, but our team always tries to help with sizing issues where possible. Print quality and material details are shown on the website, though we appreciate your feedback and will continue improving.
