I was so excited about the shirt I ordered and so disappointed when it arrived and was significantly larger than expected. I ordered a medium (since they note on their website that their sizes run large), but it was still huge. I contacted them to initiate an exchange, only to be disappointed again--their exchange could only be done by paying (a reduced price) for another shirt. Still, I love the shirt, so I initiated the exchange. When I received the small size shirt, it was too tight. There is a vast difference between their small and medium sizes, but somehow, I don't fit in it. Now, I have to very fun shirts in my closet that do not fit and I will never wear. :(

We’re truly sorry that neither size provided a comfortable fit, especially after you went through the exchange process. We understand how disappointing it is to have two shirts you love but cannot wear. Thank you for sharing this feedback, which we will take seriously as we continue improving our sizing guidance.

I ordered the cardigan sweater of the characters eyes and it came very cheap thin material that is printed on. The fabric is faded and not great quality that looks cheap. Definitely not worth $50, more like $25.

We’re sorry the cardigan did not meet your expectations for fabric quality or print appearance. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a few photos, so our team can review the issue and assist you.

I bought 4 of the button down shirts. Great quality. Awesome prints (Disney). I like the option of not having a pocket. They are a good blend so you can wash dry & not have to iron like crazy. Buttons are on secure. Some people may ask how do they compare to RSVLTS. They are close but only half the price. I would take these any day. Great customer service I realized I made an error in my order they fixed it & replied right away. I would recommend if you see one you like get it.

These people are great. My faith in online purchasing and customer service is restored. I ordered a size that didn’t work. Their response was prompt, generous, convenient — unexpectedly terrific. Please support businesses that behave like this. And the shirt is terrific, too.
