Shirts are good but I ordered one…
Shirts are good but I ordered one without knowing my wife ordered the shirt for me as a surprise. Once she told me, I contacted RewindEra immediately. Instead of canceling my order, customer service told me they couldn’t do anything about it because—get this—their cancellation policy allows you FOUR WHOLE HOURS to make changes. Mind you this was an order placed at 10pm eastern time and they were messaged at 8am eastern time the next day, before the shirt was “made” let alone shipped. They said the order was “locked out”, unfortunately I guess I’ll be “locked out” and buying RSVLTS instead.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our cancellation and modification window is clearly outlined in our policy because all items are made to order and orders move into processing very quickly after purchase. Once an order becomes locked in production, we’re unfortunately unable to stop or cancel it. We understand the situation was frustrating and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
