I was very pleased by this website at first. Simple and easy. It takes a while to rack up points but if you stay at it, it can happen very fast. There are many things I love about this site. The only issues I’ve had is Adgem and RevU have a tendency to not credit offers frequently. I’ve been trying to send in proof and get my points as well as figure this out because I am new and I get a rude email from the CEO Jay telling me to stop creating multiple tickets and my tone has been unacceptable. I haven’t gotten an attitude in any of my emails. Just been trying to figure out how to get my points from these offers because it’s happened multiple times. That email was rude and unprofessional and as a paralegal and an office manager I would never email a client in that manner who needed help. As a new user to have a CEO email me like he’s trying to “check” me and put me in my place does not work for me. He needs to watch how he talks to people if he wants to keep a platform. Edit: After I posted this review and said something to the CEO about him speaking to me unprofessionally they disabled my account for breaking rules and I have never broken one. I would advise EVERYONE to stay away from them. The CEO clearly thinks it i okay to disrespect users and not care about their concerns when they are not credited. Edit: I am very disappointed in how they handle business here. The comment of stepping up for employees is nonsense. I have copies of my emails and all I did was attempt to figure out how to get my points. They were angry that I kept inquiring about it. If I am using hours of my time to complete offers and surveys of course I am going to require about my points. Everything will be fine until you need help with an issue. I will make sure everyone knows how you operate Jay. I am also going to look into what I can do legally since I do work for a law firm. You have played the wrong person. Once again STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM CEO AND COMPANY. You have been warned.

I used this site for only 4 days, and earned $5. I think it could have been even faster. The site itself is clean, simple, and even though I had not been using it for too long, I'd say it's reliable. I got the points I needed, then cashed out as PayPal, the money was available the next day. You get points from completing tasks or surveys. The tasks you have to complete in order to earn points are given by a third-party site, and there comes the part when it becomes confusing. The other sites you are sent to are not as clear and tidy as rewardXP, and some of the offers are good and others are going to be bad and a waste of time, so it's up to you to find out what works. The surveys are the best way to earn points, I got most of my points from them. The problem I had with those is that for some reason I got rejected from most of them, about 9 out of 10, and that very frustrating. I assume it's because of my region, I live in South America, and probably most surveys are meant for US or Europe. Personally I won't be using it anymore because of that, but It could be a good source of extra money if you can find and answer 2 or 3 surveys a day.
