Awful company. Avoid!
Awful. Closed my account for no reason, despite me being a Reward XP user since May 2025. I have emails confirming when I originally created my account, which was through Facebook login. In August 2026, the new owners removed Facebook logins with very little notice, causing a lot of stress for users. I contacted them on Discord and was specifically told that because I could no longer log in through Facebook or the email connected to my account, I needed to create a brand new account using a different email address. I followed their instructions and did this, which is WHY my current account was created in September 2026. Let’s not leave that information out. Having an offer rejected by a reward partner has NOTHING to do with Reward XP itself, yet they are using this as an excuse to close my account. I have done nothing wrong and was never told why my account was under review. When I contacted them because I had no idea what was happening and asked for help, they banned me and used the rejected offer as an excuse to justify. That has nothing to do with my use of the Reward XP platform. Please don’t waste your time with this site. It is very clear they are not genuine and do not value their users. I would highly recommend switching to better platforms such as Freecash or Swagbucks instead, who value their users and don’t scam I would also note that they keep updating their response to this review to try to justify what happened. Instead of doing that, maybe they should focus on treating users with respect, providing actual support and addressing the reasons they have received so many negative reviews since taking over
Response from Reward XPOct 2, 2026
This account was opened on September 7th, less than a month ago. It was disabled on September 30th after one of our offer partners rejected 100% of the offers it completed with them. The account was notified when it was disabled, and the reason was explained in full when the appeal was answered. When a new account's rewards are reversed by our partners right from the start, it usually means the offers weren't completed legitimately, and we close those accounts so we can keep paying the members who earn the right way. On the Facebook login, Reward XP has been under its current ownership since late last year. We published the details of the site's transition four to six weeks in advance, including the move away from Facebook login, and reached out to members directly before it happened.
