Don't buy from this company. They drop ship stuff from china. Been waiting 3 weeks and still hasn't been dispatched. When asked for refund they won't do it.

Do Not Buy! I placed an order directly from their website over a month ago and they still haven’t shipped it and they refused to cancel my order for a refund. I contacted them after 3 weeks to find out why it had not shipped yet, where they told me it was about to ship. After another week went by with no progress, I contacted them again and they again said it was about to ship, so I requested that they cancel my order for full refund instead, to which they said no and that I should continue to wait. They’re a rip off, you wont ever receive your product. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a smart cupping bundle on December 11 for my wife. 7 weeks later it has not arrived, despite being told that it would be shipped within a matter of days multiple times. At this point it looks like they've stolen my money.

I ordered in December, and after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I asked to cancel my order. They have a chat feature on their website, and one of the prompts is "cancel order". When using the chat, there was never anyone available and I was told they would email me. It took me several tries, and several days. They then told me I couldn't cancel, because my order was processing. When I further explained my situation, they sent me the same message, again. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and they immediately reimbursed me. Within a day or two, my items were marked as shipped. I received them, but haven't opened them. I reached out again asking how to return my items, and for them to send me a shipping label. After waiting a week and a half, they told me they could not provide me with a shipping label, and that I will need to buy my own. If they had helped me, prior to shipping, I wouldn't be in this situation. I do not recommend the company, and I haven't even tried their products at this point.

Scam website! Will not get your product! Lost $70 to these crooks

Order placed Dec 19 cupp 74.99 . Received 7.50$ refund Jan 20 ??. Tracking says ordered not sent.

I ordered the Revomadic cupping device on 1/2/26 for my daughter’s birthday on 1/16. It still hadn’t shipped in two weeks so I wrote to them and called them asking them to cancel my order and credit my card. (I ordered the product on Amazon and got it the next day). They never returned a total of three calls although their VM states someone will get back to you promptly. A couple days later they wrote back telling me refunds are on a case by case basis. And wouldn’t you know it, despite my cancellation, the product arrived on 1/20. Eighteen days from the date of order. Now I can mail it back at my cost or accept a 15% credit. I can’t tell you the number of emails I sent, some of which were never addressed or given some nonsense blanket reply. Calls were never returned. What I did get was offers for coupons, offers for help browsing their website and offers to “become an affiliate”. Ha, like I’d want to be affiliated with a business like that. So, if you feel you must buy this product, for your own sake, just buy it on Amazon. I would have if I initially knew it was available there. This is a terrible company and I will never buy one of their products again from anywhere.
