revomadic.comReviews of revomadic.com

Worst company to deal with ever. Told company to cancel order prior to shipping. They sent it anyways without any followup. This must be a Chinese Company. The responses are always many days late. Received unwanted product and it was really horrible as expected. Returned the horrible product and now fighting for a refund. Be aware. Do not purchase any poorly made CHINESE product from this company. Everything about this company is horrible.

I ordered over a month ago and still received nothing. I am about to file a dispute with my credit card company. They are not issuing a refund because they are still processing the order supposedly. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Revomadic has horrible customer support. I ordered their product on 12/27/2025 (total $209). They delivered it 1/20/2026 after an extended delay. I requested cancellation twice before it shipped due to the delay, but they shipped it anyway. When the item arrived, I immediately requested return instructions for a refund and was denied, including language that they cannot accept a return even if the package remains unopened. Sharing so others confirm return terms before ordering.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been waiting a month, every time I try to get an update all I get is a runaround and "still in processing" even though their website says they ship in 1-3 days and I was told it might take up to a week or two because of holiday order volume.

Ordered early-mid December 2025, never got a shipping date and after many contacts it finally showed up yesterday. However I also got an email saying we are not sending all of it and there was no clue when the rest would follow. After waiting 6 weeks for my order, I feel like they only shipped part of it to get me off their back and buy more time. Now about the cupoer itself. I am not impressed. All these reviews saying the heat is great, the suction is great etc, must not have muscles. The heat I cant even feel and the suction is iffy at best. It makes a good visual pulling your skin up (if in the right spot) but doesn't move the muscle or fascia like its intended to do. Just save your money or use a regular cupping set and seperate heat and red light that actually works. And all the extra gadgets you can buy to adapt to it, yeah - big whoop. Not effective.

Ordered more than a month ago, even had a Rep "put a rush" on the order, still no updates or order going through.

It's been 10 days now and item still hasn't been shipped. Shortly after buying this, I started receiving relentless phone calls from what looks to be scammers that when I politely ask them to stop calling, they abruptly hang up just to have a robocall shortly afterwards leading me to believe that they sold my information. Sigh

Ordered before holidays and they website said a extra few days for high volume, it’s now been over 5 weeks and it still hasn’t shipped, I have been emailing by them for over 3 weeks to try and cancel order since it’s a very unreasonable ship time and they refuse to refund even though this hasn’t even shipped, do not order from them.
