I use the revo vibration plate, it set up for multiple workouts i use the #4 work out 3 times a day for 10 min each time... It has significantly improved my entire attitude in the morning. I normally start at 0530, try to get my next session in between 12-1pm then i finish up around 930-10pm. sleep has improved, golf game has improved, I really like the way im feeling.

This product really does work Ive been having some serious shoulder pain lately, its gotten so bad I thought I mightve tore my rotator cuff. Went on vacation in January and couldn't even enjoy it because of muscle spasms and a muscle knot! Never dealt with anything like this before used biofreeze icy hot etc. Nothing would help on top of ibuprofen non stop, seen a reel for this and my client had a 4 pack so I asked them they said they love them. I haven’t received the product yet but the customer service helped me immediately when I noticed the wrong shipping address was added to my order! I was in total panic mode and within 10 min of me contacting CS they reached back out and fixed the problem. I will give another review once I receive the products:)
