Little confused with the poor reviews as I received my product quickly and I love using it nightly before bed! Mainly use the red light but the collagen jelly/cream it comes with is also so good, even using itself! Definitely a great product that helps me combat anti-aging.

I ordered it from Amazon and received it the next day. I’ve been using it for weeks now and didn’t even have to charge it yet. I love that it has three different light therapies and you can choose to switch it up when you want to. Nice and modern design, and in general the quality feels great!

I’m not understanding the poor reviews. My order came quickly, and was exactly as expected. I use the face genie daily & really like it. I generally only use the red light but I like that it has the other color options. I also appreciate the beep to tell you to move to another area. I’ve had it for a few months and feel it’s a good investment
