Seeing a lot of other comments about orders not being fulfilled is unfortunate but I received mine and have been using it every so often and it works as advertised just like natural cupping would. The product itself is great. I like that it has different intensities and light warmer options. The on off button has a little tab on it so you can quickly feel for it when you are wanting to be done other than the 20 minute timer.

I love this product since I am a fan of Led Light Therapy and this one is the only one I own that is waterproof so even in the shower I dont have any excuse not to pop in a little me time and treat my face with some red light and massage, no matter how busy I get. I also love the shape since it offers a wider area in terms of coverage and contour since it has a very unique shape.
