This company is a scam. Order never dispatched. Customer service feels like automated/AI responses that keeps replying with the same message over and over again. They will claim your order is in a queue to dispatch up until you ask for a refund and then they will say its too late to ask for a refund as your order is next in queue but then nothing dispatchs and you get the same responses again. Reported to bank as a scam

I wish I had seen all these 1-star Trustpilot reviews before ordering, there is no chance I would have done business with this company. I can't review the product because I didn't receive it, and every interaction with their customer service rep "Anna" screams red flag... most likely just AI stalling responses to cover for the company. The scam is essentially they take your money and initiate a USPS shipping label to make you think the fulfillment process has begun as it would in any other normal online transaction. But the product isn't actually shipped. USPS has no history of receiving the product. An unusual amount of time passes, still nothing received by USPS, much less by the customer. Customer service eventually admits an error, promises to send another product immediately with "priority handling." But again, without actually sending or evidencing that they've shipped anything this time either. Others in the reviews have reported waiting months to actually receive anything, if at all. I was not willing to wait for the scam to run that course. I initiated a complaint and stop payment with the bank after their customer service bot posted multiple lies about the status. I also file a complaint with state authorities; this practice is deceptive and illegal. From my experience and the tons of negative reviews here, it would be unwise to risk sending them money with so much uncertainty on when or if you'll get anything for those funds.

Finally received item in late April, after ordering it in December. They never shipped this item. Charged my CC. Now I have to fight to get the charge taken off. They give you a tracking number that doesn't belong to any delivery company. They are a scam.

AVOID. Truly terrible customer service. Ordered early December and would not reply to any emails for the next month. Refused a refund because the order was in process. Do not order from here.

Tried to cancel order. Customer service said it was impossible except for a few hours after the initial order. Then weeks to ship. Then refused to accept the cancellation even though I never opened the shipment. Don’t buy from them.

I’ve bought in so many things online over the years of my life and this is by far the worst experience yet my order has been sitting in the same spot for almost 2 months now very poor company customer service and productivity is horrible like do you guys have 1 person furfilling orders or something ? There’s 5 business days with 8 hour working days wtf you guys doing ?

I wish I had read all the one star reviews because they’re true! I bought three for my bad back and artificial hips. They do not help, and I would give them a zero if I could! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

I ordered in january and never received the parcel. The delivery company attemped delivery three times when I wasn't home. The first time I had already told them I wouldn't be home that week, and they still came two more times. A fourth time they said they attempted delivery, but I was home and my phone or door never rang. Delivery's status is failed on the system and Revomatic refuses to send me a new parcel or to reimburse me. Talking to them is like talking to a wall. 80€ threw on the garbage.
