I bought the bundle about a year ago, in a few months there was some malfunction with one of the cuppers. I contacted the company and they offered to send a replacement. It was the easiest process. It did take a while for the replacement to come but I think we’re all so used to getting things so quickly with the professions of technology. These cuppers are well priced and I don’t mind waiting a few weeks for a good quality product with customer service that delivers.
