This product is garbage. It is not therapeutic in any regard. The type of plastic used that touches the skin is actually quite irritating. It has a rim that cuts into the skin and the unit is bulky in size. Also, their website notes hassle free returns, but this is a lie. Apparently they will not allow returns if you purchase the product during a sale.

Placed an order a few days ago as a gift. Noticed I never received shipping info or a stays on it. A week later reached out to vendor asking for an update. They said it had not yet been shipped. I asked if I could cancel they said it was part of their final sale and they would not. I asked again since the order had not been shipped, they said they after my product was delivered (has not yet shipped) I could work with Custer service to replace of faulty or damaged.. If this is the service they provide once they charge I don’t recommend their products.

I ordered on Dec 22, 2024 and it is now Feb 9, 2025 and all I have gotten in broken promises of the product is in the mail. They have refused to refund my money. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU THE PRODUCT! Total scam!!!!

Scam - Avoid!! Ordered December 28th. Paid expedited shipping. Didnt ship. Contacted customer service a few days later. Told me it would ship January 17th. Never shipped. It’s February 8th now. Reached out to the company and no reply. Fraudulent untrustworthy company. Zero communication from them regarding the delay. Zero refund. Product never arrived. Extremely disappointed.

I’d love to be able to talk about how great the product is, but I ordered it nearly a month ago. It was originally supposed to ship January 17th. I emailed them last week to inquire about the status. I was informed that the new shipping date was January 27th. Well, here we are and it still hasn’t shipped. Not so much as a refund on shipping cost or anything. 1 star is generous.

Ordered on 01/05and still have not received the order. After multiple reach out to customer service (calls and emails) I finally heard back and they said that it says on their website that orders are back ordered until 1/27 and I asked if I can cancel it as I will be traveling at that time. They told me that since I ordered with a discount code that this sale was final and I can’t cancel it. I am not sure if this was noted anywhere but I didn’t see and was not aware of it . My order has not shipped in 20 days since ordering and they are refusing to cancel it . I called and left a voicemail on 1/17 but no one has called me back. Seems fraudulent to me.Please be aware
