Been over 2 weeks and I have not received my product

Have been waiting for a few weeks and still no package but money has left my account, will start the process to recover money.

Can’t speak to the product as it still hasn’t shipped. Website says 1-2 days processing time, delivery within 3-5 days from there. It has been almost 2 weeks since my order and it still hasn’t even shipped. This is HORRIBLE service from a company right before Christmas. I wrote customer service and basically got told, sorry too bad. I wish I would have gone with another company. Won’t do business again.

Similar to other recent reviews I ordered on 12/3 and 2 weeks later nothing has shipped. I reached out to customer support and have found them to be unhelpful, not offering any information or solutions. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company, they don’t seem to care about their customers.

I ordered on December 8th and still nothing. $152 is not pocket change! I get automated responses and they will not cancel the order that still has not been processed. If you want to try the product but from Amazon it will ship out way sooner!

Hello, I do not recommended this product at all. The service they provided is 100% unprofessional. They provide phone number and email for contact support. But when you actually call them no one pick up, if you left a voice message no one responded. If you email them, within minute you will receive an email it says "Message not delivered ". I ordered the Revo Smart Cupper Savings bundle. But they did not send the full ordered as mentioned when you purchased. So this is very unprofessional. I am still struggling to get my refund back.

Every order is back ordered and no tracking or shipping updates.

I ordered this product to help with my muscle soreness and recovery. I am a very active person and am always looking for ways to help recover faster. I ordered 4 cups during their sale. I was not satisfied at all with their products as they could not suction to my skin. The plastic on the suction felt cheap and is not durable. I tried to return these products immediately after trying them noting that they have a "30 day hassle free return". Come to find out since I purchased it during a sale I am not able return it. This company has terrible customer service. I paid almost $200 for 4 cups for none of them to suction and work. This is terrible that they won't refund my money and I highly recommend for others to not buy their products.
