Revomadic took my $189 3 weeks ago and the order has yet to be fulfilled let alone shipped. They do not respond to their Help Chat. If they are a real product and not a scam, all it would take is some honest communication- an email, a text, etc to say they are behind in their fulfillment. Instead, they’ve gone MIA. I’ve filed a complaint with Amazon Pay as well as with my bank. Their Instagram account is full of frustrated customers like me. Save your time and money and skip Revomadic.

COMPLETE SCAM - we have called and email - Zero response. Place the order over 3 weeks ago - Chargeback is the only solution to get your money back.

Ordered on 12/7 as a Christmas gift and still have not received. Emailed and was told they are on high demand. Emailed again 2 days ago to cancel with no followup.

I purchased through the Shop app directly from Revomadic, I would not suggest purchasing through Shop or Revomatic because the customer service and response time is horrible. We ordered on 12/8 and still haven’t received any shipping confirmation even after multiple attempts to contact the company.

I ordered 21 days ago and order has not been fulfilled, let alone shipped. The money has left my account. It is a Christmas gift this year so I guess I should have ordered it LAST year to get it here in time for 2025. Customer service keeps saying it’s delayed due to high demand and they escalated my concern. Yeah, right. Not happy. Day #24 and I received a tracking number. USPS has not received the package yet so it can’t be tracked. Will update when/if it ships. Day #26 I received an email that though the cuppers will ship “on schedule”, the fee enhancer kit will be delayed 2-3 weeks later than expected. The cuppers still have not been given to USPS. That’s hardly considered on schedule to me. Edit same date: checked my tracking number and USPS has the package. (This is Christmas Day.) 1/05/2026 Finally received the cuppers. They were supposed to be buy two get one free. There are only two cuppers. Still no enhancer kit. 1/7/2026 received an email request to send pictures of what I received. Pictures sent and email, confirmation received. They could not give me an expected ship date. 1/21/2026 Finally received the third cupper and enhancement kit. The kit is missing one item that looks to be a scraper or paddle of some sort. It’s no longer shown on their website so, after two months, I’m done fighting to get my complete order.

This must be a scam. Order on 2nd December. No news till now. Zero contact with customer service. DO NOT BUY THERE.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered before black friday. Now is dec.20 it has not been shipped, and not sure if it ever will be.

I placed an order on Dec 4th and still not shipped ! I contacted support through email and the response was basically unfulfilled due to demand .This item was a Christmas gift for my daughter and looks like she will not get it!If I had known when purchasing, that product wouldn't ship by the holidays ,I would have gone elsewhere ! Very disappointed and will never use Revomadic website again and will share my experience with everyone I know on social media and family! Merry Christmas,Revomadic! I can't say the same for me!
