They responded quickly swiftly and effectively confirmed a new cup was being packaged to replace the malfunction unit I received. I’ve used this company 3 times and all products are being used to help in my fitness and wellness lifestyle. It’s been amazing for my recovery. I swim bike lift and do classes to keep my health and body functioning well. These products will be the best investment to your wellbeing. Thank you REVO!

The device is excellent and made me feel significantly better after having back and hip issues. The customer service is just as good - I had an issue with the cupping device and after trouble shooting with me, they sent me out a replacement the same day. Excellent all around

I've only used the cuppers once so far but LOVE them! Such a simple amd effective way to get relief from home! We ordered 4 and one wasn't working, but costumer service immediately responded and helped me remedy the situation. No hassle and super quick!

Provides fairly quick relief for tight muscles. I bought in Nov, then got more in Sept because I really like them.
