Ordered on Dec. 6th. Still has not shipped and customer service will not respond to my emails. I would avoid.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered the first week of December. Supposed to be delivered in 9 business days. Still hadn't shipped a few days before Christmas. Customer support stated that by policy sale items could not be cancelled. Luckily I had paid through Paypal and contacted them. They issued a refund immediately to my credit card. 3 days later I received an email from Revomatic saying my package had shipped with a tracking number that couldn't be tracked because the shipper had not yet received the package. Today I received an email saying that order had again been delayed, shipper had still not received package.

Do NOT purchase from here. Just like every other review, I placed an order a month ago. Paid for expedited shipping. No product. No shipment. Nothing. Now, the company fails to even respond. Stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

I ordered this product on december 6th and not only have I not received my product, it has not been shipped. I have called this company. No response, I have emailed this company and got no response. So buyers beware..

Ordered as a Christmas present, directly from their site because they claimed it would deliver before Christmas and they had a Christmas bundle, which was a better deal than buying on Amazon. That was ten days ago and per the shop app, it hasn’t even shipped yet. I have tried calling, emailing and their live chat, but have been completely unable to reach a human. No idea if or when this will arrive but at this point, I can’t give it as a Christmas gift, which has me scrambling.

This is the worst company ive ever purchased from. No way to cancel subscription, they never ship the product, and deserve to be in jail. Buy from literally anyone else

Ordered my items on November 21st. They were delivered December 17th. I was the one constantly chasing the order. Packaging was awful. The boxes, each wrapped individually in very thin bubble wrap and then squeezed into a very thin white poly mailer bag. Obviously to save on shipping weight and costs! The poly bag was ripped open on 1 side . Spent a month in transit. When I opened the bulky package three of the 5 boxes were extremely crushed. I have to give these as Christmas gifts and it looks like I bought them in a discount store. I emailed them about replacing them and no answer. I had waited a month for it to arrive and no time to replace before Christmas. They never replied to my email about the damage. Don’t know if they’ll work yet but not hopeful for any customer response. Awful company to deal with. They over advertised and couldn’t deliver and it feels like a cheap Chinese company.

Placed an order on the 28 November and still haven't received the item. I contacted them for an update and still waiting for a reply (it's been over 6 days since I reached out). Please trust the reviews and do not order from this company.
