Seems to be the same as other people. Ordered product Dec 15 still not shipped. No email reply and do not pick up the phone. Clearly a scam - paid through PayPal and they logged the purchase as a recurring service so wont allow me to open a dispute.

No communication until I initiated it. Ordered back on November 19th and have not received anything as of 12/29. Ridiculous considering I’ve gotten passports back from th government faster than this.

Terrible customer service. Ordered for Christmas with lots of time, it’s almost New Year and still no tracking info. Asked to cancel for a refund 3 times and keep getting the same chat bot response refusing my request. Crap company, do not buy!!

I ordered the Revomadic cup setup and it’s been a month, customer service is non existent, no one answers the phone or emails, no idea when or if it will show up, wonder if I’ve been scammed

Wish I could give them 0 stars. What an absolute crock. Placed an order at the beginning of December for items that were in stock, and “ready to ship”. Here I am, almost 4 weeks later and my item hasn’t shipped. Have contacted customer service numerous times to cancel and keep getting the same canned generic response and they’re saying I cannot cancel the order. But they have my money. Oh, and no one answers the phone if you call customer svc, you’re supposed to leave a voicemail that they’ll return “promptly” - or never!

Ordered Dec 17 & chose priority shipping with extended warranty, it's Dec 27 & they still haven't shipped. Priority shipping was supposed to be only a few days. Seeing as how many people are having the same issue, I contacted them to cancel my order & they gave me an explanation instead. I wrote back, cancel the order, refund the money. This company is also deleting comments on Facebook of other upset customers, I don't trust them .

Items were ordered on Dec 8th to be in time for an xmas gift and no gift, no tracking number, lack of clear communication. Email we received when we hit track package says "Order Ready. We could not determine the appropriate carrier for your tracking number." Called their offices and it goes to voice mail to leave a message. Not a great experience at all. Terrible.

Ordered weeks ago and order has not shipped. Contacted customer service via email to hear it will ship within 3-5 business days multiple times and still hasn’t shipped. Emailed to cancel and have not heard back on update or confirmation of cancellation
