DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They will take your payment and start processing so you can’t request a refund when you have not received your order. I would give zero if I could. Horrible customer service. I ordered back on December 7th, 2025 and still now my order hasn’t been shipped. I have been emailing them because they never answered the phone. But all the emails say processing and will Be shipped as soon as possible. On 1/1/26 I requested a refund since it was almost a month since placing the order and my order hasn’t been shipped. They said no because the order is processing already. But, it has been processing since the day after my purchase.

They do not ship the product. I doubt they actually even have them. I purchased mine over a month ago and they have not shipped it. No one responds when you try to communicate. It is a total scam.

Purchased this on Dec 19,2025 for Christmas Gift, paid priority shipping, and customer service is trash. Supposedly it is out of stock and will ship once it is produced, but this was supposed to be ready to ship upon placing order. Customer service is a chat bot that never responds, and also the phone number, you have to leave a voicemail and they will get back to you "promptly" and never do! If you see this before buying, PLEASE DO NOT! I have never experience such a terrible purchase experience.

I placed a Christmas order Dec 4 2025. Order number 130585. Today is Sat. Jan 3rd. Revomadic took my payment and never delivered the product. Customer service is refusing my refund stating the product was delivered yesterday. UPS is stating the product was returned to sender. 5 weeks of a run around. This feels more and more like a scam with each passing day. Avoid this company at all costs.

Same as all the other reviews…. Ordered Dec 4th, sent multiple emails, including canceling the order on Dec 24th. They refuse to cancel and now has shipped on Jan 2nd! Return to sender!

Watch out!The same happened to me ! I ordered the product on the 7th December 2024 and still havent received anything. I used the tracking feature from website, and it says it havent been shipped. It looks like a scam!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered on the 17th December 2025 a Christmas present no order no confirmation of delivery. Please do not order from this company a SCAM.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered this on 12/6 for my husband for Christmas. Same response from customer service everyone else got. No product shipped, nonproductive received. Horrendous customer service.
