Purchased on Dec 14 and hasn’t shipped yet as of Jan 8.

Ordered on 12/13/2025 and as of today 01/08/2026 tracking shows "ordered". Called 3 times, left a message each time and was promised a return call. Nothing yet. Sent an email cancelling the order and requested a refund. No response. Appears to be a scam. The finally responded to my email to cancel. Said they can't cancel once the order is being worked, supposedly 12/13. As of 01/22/26 still no product delivered. Disputed the credit card charge so they won't get paid regardless. Classic internet scam.

I ordered a holiday bundle on Dec 6th. Their website says orders typically process in 1-2 days. I figured even with an increase in holiday orders/shipping that would allow enough time for processing & shipping to arrive before Christmas. Emailed customer service on 12/12 to touch base as it was still “processing”. Told high influx of orders… holidays…extended processing time on holiday bundles… etc. Fine, I gave it a few more days. Emailed again on 12/20, was told my order was expected to ship in 3-5 days. Fine, I wait until 1/6 to follow up and let them know if they cannot give a specific window for shipping with a tracking number I want to cancel my order. Response email completely glazed over the request to cancel order and gave same copy paste response I’ve been getting. Low expectations that this order will be fulfilled at all. UPDATE: Cut to about a week or two after I had submitted the original portion of this review (above). Package has been shipped and delivered. All items ordered were included in the package and seemingly undamaged. HOWEVER... all items were stuffed into a mailer baggie rather than a box for shipping. I could totally see where other reviewers would have received damaged products if they didn't have a very careful/considerate delivery person.

Echoing other customers, my order from weeks ago still has not been fulfilled. Received an email stating their have a backlog but with no date of delivery. Terrible customer service, terrible company. AVOID.

The company advertises shipping dates they don’t fulfill, and customer service does not respond to requests to cancel or return orders.

Update! Received my order on Jan 31st! Placed an order first week of Dec for 5 cuppers and have yet to receive shipping confirmation. Numerous emails inquiring about my order have been responded to with automated responses.

SCAM. This company is taking money and never shipping the orders. When you ask for a refund they stop replying to emails.

Ordered in November for Christmas and have not received the product over 6 weeks later. Multiple emails to Revomadic and uni uni delivery service have only resulted in apologies and unfulfilled promises. Have filed report with PayPal for refund.
