I wish I could give it a 0. Worst customer service ever. Ordered in December 17, messaged on the 19th when I had not received any information on my order. They did not respond until the 27th saying they could not find my order. Once I sent a picture of my purchase and the original number they gave me they said they had received it and I would receive and email with my tracking number. It is now January 11th and I still have not gotten a response or any order. 3.5 weeks almost, and I can barely get in touch with them, wasted money, and have no clue if I will be able to get the money back or even get my order.

Ordered jan 1st. A week later didnt receive it or get a call back or email. Went on their instagram and noticed many others didnt get theirs too. Filed a dispute to my bank and got my money back. Anything with zero customer service is a big red flag.

If I could give this -400 stars, i would. purchased on 12/22/25. it is now 1/9/26 and still no product. customer service stopped responding when i asked them to cancel my order days ago. i've filed a dispute with my CC company and reported scam/fraud to BBB. DO NOT GIVE THESE EFFERS YOUR MONEY.

The lag is crazy. Ordered Sep 2025. Still waiting for them to ship. No communication between the company. Happy I didn’t hold my breath.

The product did what it was shown in the videos. But it didn't seem to help relieve the pain or soreness even after 3 weeks of usage. The worst part is their customer service, they dont respond and their emails and calls go answered. they also do not honor the refund or return policy which is published on their website.

I ordered this product on November 29th, I only received part of my order and have contacted customer service numerous times, Feed back I get back is ‘We sorry, we are processing your order and will send the tracking as soon as it is available.” And that is not acceptable.

I made an order Dec.16 online it stated it was in stock and would ship in 3-5 days (which is normal and perfectly fine) it now had been about a month and I still have no idea when they’ll be shipping out my $90 order.. it’s ridiculous and customer service just beats around the bush pretty much just saying “sorry you just have to wait”. Seems like many people are upset about the same problem but why not put “sold out” if the company wasn’t ready to process that many orders. Greedy

How come I can't do 0 stars. Like everyone else - paid and not even shipped over a month later. Zero replies on customer service, phone goes nowhere. It's like a scam. I then read this will cause severe Burns. So yeah I can't even cancel it. Awful company with scam like chat bot replies
