Like others have said. I placed an order with them a month ago and while they charged my credit card the same day, the products have yet to ship. Their customer service department is quick to respond to e-mails citing the same tired excuses. It feels like a scam company with no products to actually ship. I would not recommend buying anything from here.

Just as other reviews state, the items do not arrive as promised and customer service is non-existent. I should have received my order mid-December according to their own shipping policies. I finally received them Jan 13th. Long after Christmas, and long after the gift recipient returned home across country. Revomadic will not respond to return inquiries and when I requested a return label in case the item ever did arrive, they actually told me that returns are on a "case by case basis". Um, no. Having to dispute the charge with my bank. I have this product I'm happy to return unopened if they ever respond to my requests for a shipping label. Scam company for sure. Zero stars is not an option otherwise that's what I'd give.

Similar issues as others not receiving my product nor any shipping information within 30 days and multiple emails to customer support that were not responded to. For those that did not receive their product, file an FTC report to help prevent this company from scamming others out of money. They are in violation of 16 CFR 435 when they do not ship an internet purchase, provide an option to the consumer for delayed delivery, or offer a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Order took ~5 weeks to ship and kept getting the runaround. They refused to cancel the order prior to shipment, and are avoiding providing a return label because they said accepted returns are on a "case by case basis". To note, the order was delivered yesterday and remains unused, unopened, and in the original mail package. Stay away! Revomadic has been operational less than one year and are running a scam.

This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever ordered from and I wish I hadn't. I ordered a sale item on 12/23/25 and am still waiting for a shipping confirmation on 1/14/26. I have gone back and forth with the company through email many times and am about to cancel my order and go with another company. Below is the companies response to ordering a product with a promo code. Very classy company. "Your order has been received and is currently being processed. Please note that sale items may be subject to longer processing times, and transit times can also take longer during holiday sale periods."

The absolute worst customer service they repeatedly ignored my request to cancel for weeks before shipping. I told them if it would not arrive in time for Christmas I did not want it because it was a gift. All of a sudden, once they supposedly shipped, they started responding to my messages telling me it was too late. And now they’re ghosting me when I’m requesting a return. horrible horrible customer service!

if i could write in 0 stars I would. STAY FAR AWAY. Ordered a 2 set of cuppers on 12/12/2025. Today is 1/13/2026 and I received 1 cup. Terrible service. I opened a paypal rebuke on my money.

SCAM, stay away! Uses dropshipping from China. Promises delivery dates they cant keep. Just stay away.
